Picker/Packer

We are looking for reliable and motivated Pick/Packers to join a busy warehouse operations team in Townsville. This is a fast-paced role suited to candidates who enjoy hands-on work within a 24/7 operational environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Picking and packing orders accurately and efficiently
• Loading and unloading stock within the warehouse environment
• Operating forklifts where required
• Assisting with general warehouse and operational duties
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
• Following workplace health and safety procedures at all times
• Working collaboratively within a team to meet operational targets

Requirements:

• Forklift license is mandatory for one position and beneficial for additional roles
• Previous warehouse or pick packing experience preferred
• Reliable and safety-focused attitude
• Ability to work flexible shifts across a 24/7 roster
• Physically fit and capable of manual handling duties
